Audit
We will conduct an in-depth review of everything starting with your offer, niche and funnel through to your current sales calls, engagement workflows and revenue performance. We will identify roadblocks, challenges and scaling opportunities and provide a comprehensive summary and report.
We will design and build everything needed for launch, including a high conversion sales process with pre and post engagement sequences, custom sales dashboards so we can track important metrics and a dedicated SOPs playbook to support efficiency at scale. We will optimise automations and your tech stack, determine resourcing requirements to hit client goals and KPI and design your A-Player compensation and incentive plan within profit parameters.

Launch
Now it's all systems go. Your dedicated Sales Director and Support Team will be plugged in and your internal A-Player Sales Team will be onboarded and led through a comprehensive sales mastery program. We will ramp them to KPI with our fast track drill and practice sales environment and sign them off so they are ready for live calls.
Our 360° high performance leadership system will drive performance daily. We provide 7 day a week on demand support and advisory, conduct weekly client sales ops performance check ins and monthly KPI and revenue expansion planning sessions. For the team, we run an exclusive Virtual Sales Office environment with daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, quality assurance and reviews, as well as continue to recruit, onboard/offboard and lead sales mastery sessions to ensure optimum performance of the team on an ongoing basis.

How much do you charge?
We are 100% performance based (there are no ongoing retainers), so it's a true partnership between you and Uplift. When you win, we win.
What if I'm not ready to start yet?
No problem at all, you can still reach out and chat with Luke, he loves helping Founders and his consultative and strategic approach will still be invaluable for you in thinking about your next steps - whether that's getting yourself ready to bring on an A-Player sales team to fast track growth or something else. If our Done-For-You service isn't the right fit for you, Luke will say so - so there is nothing to lose in having a chat.
How quick can I launch?
Around 4-6 weeks, as we do conduct a very thorough and comprehensive review, then spend time designing and building everything we need operationally for launch alongside recruiting and training your A-Player sales team.
Is this just outsourced sales?
No! We are not like other outsourced sales agencies - we build the entire sales team INSIDE your own business. They are contracted to you and you have complete visibility over every aspect of what they do. We are all about partnering with our clients and building intrinsic value within their businesses by establishing, leading and scaling their revenue generating asset.
Do the sales team work for me or you?
For you! We will recruit, train, lead and manage the team with our Done-For-You service, however the sales team is 100% contracted to you and you have full visibility over their performance which is tracked and measured daily with custom dashboards.
